Starter V-Groove Kit:  Each bit in this set, is a 3 flute solid carbide V-groove bit.
 
The bits in this kit work well for fine detail on wood, plastic and aluminum. V-Groove bits produce a “V” shaped pass and are used for engraving, particularly for engraving letters and signmaking. The smaller angles (30 degrees) on V-shaped engraving bits can produce narrow cuts and small, delicate engraving of lettering and lines. The larger angles (60 degrees) on V-shaped engraving bits can produce wider cuts for lettering and sign making.
